Instructor Bio:

Mary MacGregor is an illustrator from Marietta, Georgia, who graduated with a BFA from Kennesaw State University in 2023.

Growing up in a household of artists and musicians, she was encouraged to pursue the arts at an early age. As she got older, her love for drawing shifted from a hobby to a serious career pursuit. In 2020, she transferred to Kennesaw State University as an art major. There, she built a network of likeminded artists which led her to opportunities at local art shows and conventions.

Mary has an affinity for digital illustration, as well as traditional media such as ink and gouache. Her artwork is heavily inspired by her passion for fantasy and science fiction. She plans to pursue a career in the entertainment industry as a concept artist.
