Explore your subconscious needs through journal prompts and create affirmations to support overcoming obstacles and fears. You will weave and integrate these affirmations into mixed media art pieces, transforming personal challenges into visually inspiring expressions of courage and resilience. Designed for Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic Retreat workshop and specially offered for the Arts Sandy Springs community!

Instructor Bio:

 Steffi Nicole is known as an 'Energy Healer for Environments' and has infused walls throughout the U.S. with her affirmation art. Through her use of vibrant colors, bold lines, and empowering messages, she inspires others on their journeys to self-discovery and healing. Her art has been featured with Elizabeth Gilbert, Michelob Ultra, The Berman Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Hotel Clermont, Arts Beacon, and The City of Atlanta, among others.

 She is also the author of Mother’s Tongue, a self-love planner designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit; the designer behind a vibrant activewear line; and a Georgia Women’s Policy Institute Fellow. Additionally, she holds an MA in Women’s Spirituality from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She strives to uplift the human spirit through her creations.
