Supply List: Quilling Tool: Combo Slot and Needle (Hobby Lobby) Precision Tweezers Quilling Ruler with Circle Sizers 1.5 mm Quilling Paper 3 mm Quilling Paper 10 mm Quilling Paper Liquid Glue (I use Elmer’s but any brand works) Paintbrush (I recommend size 6 or higher) Pencil Eraser Watercolor Paper for practice (any size is okay) Blank Watercolor Cards with Matching Envelope (recommend 5x7 in for this class but smaller are great too) Optional Items Quilling Peg Board Quilling Paper Crimper 3D Floral Quilling Paper

Birthday cards, punny cards, greeting cards, graduation cards, anniversary cards, all things we send and share throughout the year, so why not make them more personal and fun? By using various strips of paper, quilling can add a unique design and dimension to any card you make. In this class, we will learn the basics of quilling paper and explore fun greeting card projects that you can apply to crafts projects in the future!

Instructor Bio:

Hello! My name is Joanna and I’m what you may call a hobbyist! I have so many passions, but crafting is by far my favorite and most-practiced. While I love all aspects of crafting, my favorite types are paper crafting (especially quilling and card making) and watercolor painting. Additionally, I have always had a love for teaching. I started off teaching middle school science, and more recently taught English in Germany for two years. I’m thrilled to combine my passion for crafting and teaching, and I look forward to helping people fall in love with crafting as much as I have!
