Before the swirl of holiday demands begins, give yourself the gift of pause. This workshop is an invitation to step away from responsibilities, rest in candlelight, and replenish with warm tea, creativity, and connection.

Building on the Affirmation Art Workshop initially created for Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic Retreat, these sessions invite you to listen deeply to your own heart. We’ll begin with a gentle ritual, such as guided meditation, journaling, or mindful breathwork, to help you settle into a quieter rhythm. From that stillness, you’ll receive a personal affirmation, a truth, a reminder, or a message of encouragement, and bring it to life through expressive, intuitive art.

Using mixed media on wooden panels, collage, ink, acrylics, and charcoal, you’ll transform your inner wisdom into a visual reminder of courage and renewal. No art experience is needed; the focus is on presence and creative expression. You’ll leave with a piece that reflects your inner strength and with a heart nourished and ready for the holiday season.

Instructor Bio:

Steffi Nicole is known as an 'Energy Healer for Environments' and has infused walls throughout the U.S. with her affirmation art. Through her use of vibrant colors, bold lines, and empowering messages, she inspires others on their journeys to self-discovery and healing. Her art has been featured with Elizabeth Gilbert, Michelob Ultra, The Berman Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Hotel Clermont, Arts Beacon, and The City of Atlanta, among others.

She is also the author of Mother’s Tongue, a self-love planner designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit; the designer behind a vibrant activewear line; and a fellow of the Georgia Women’s Policy Institute. Additionally, she holds an MA in Women’s Spirituality from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She strives to uplift the human spirit through her creations.
